This was a substantial and complex project in the heart of Mumbles — one of the most ambitious builds our team has taken on in recent years. The brief was to significantly extend and transform the property, adding multiple new levels and completely reshaping the living space.
The works included the removal of the existing rear balcony, bay windows and canopy, followed by construction of a new extended lower ground floor and ground floor, with new first floor additions. Structural steelwork was a major element — with new universal beams, columns and balcony steelwork all fabricated and installed to the structural engineer's specification.

The project involved significant demolition of existing rear structures, followed by new extensions at ground floor and first floor level. Structural steel was introduced to create large open spans, with new hardwood staircase, internal partitions and full finishing works carried out by our team.
